I am radically vulnerable and transparent and I speak unpolished and unapologetic, straight from the heart. My conversation is personal and focused on how I learned to stop beating myself up and how I ended a 41 year abusive relationship with myself.

My deepest desire is for women to know they are not alone on their human journey and by embodying radical permission, I advocate for women to confront their sacred truth. Using hope as the ignition and provocative disruption as fuel, I help my clients incinerate their lies and empower them to extinguish their suffering.
