Welcome to all my viewers to my new channel, MindfulRealiTea! This channel that covers Reality TV from the unique perspective of a mental health counselor, also known as a peer specialist. My fascination with reality TV began at a young age, where I enjoyed watching people hookup, fight, travel the world, and interact with people from different walks of life. As I became older and started to experience my own challenges with mental health, I became interested in the "why" behind the different behaviors. My aim for this channel is to provide a different angle and lens for you all to view the reality TV world from.
