At Aurally Yoga, we practice Vinihatha style yoga, a combination of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga.
We heavily focus on principles of alignment, bringing awareness and openness to our receptivity of grace.
We practice yoga by building a strong foundation and understanding of the Yama and Niyama limbs of yoga and then marry that with the physical Asana limb of yoga where we learn how to become aware of muscle energy, subtle bodies (Koshas), and the energetic channels running down and around the spine (Nadis).
Our overall intention at Aurally Yoga is to teach aspiring spiritual seekers how to maintain equanimity between the right and left hemispheres of the brain and body which will naturally produce more vitality, heart coherence, and grace in their lives.
