It's been a year since our performance at Lower Bay Subway Station. A metro station that is no longer operational and primarily used for Hollywood blockbusters.
For our purposes, we used this to represent the struggles that Ukrainians go through on a daily basis, living in metro stations and using them as cover.

Since their formation in 2011, Zapovid has been one of Canada's hardest-working Ukrainian bands, striving to bring their unique folk-rock sound to international crowds of all ages! The five members that make up the band have a mission to take their energetic music to the limits, not only in Toronto, but everywhere in the world! Wanting to raise the bar set by their debut album "Dity Rodu Kozatskoho" in 2015, followed by their second full-length album, "Radiohvyli" in 2019 and the "Karpe Diem" EP in 2021. Now in 2022, Zapovid has a new look with two new members but will continue to bring new music and more energetic Folk-Rock to the masses by incorporating elements of various musical styles and influences.
