When COVID hit, I went a bit crazy living in the UK and bought ten acres of land in my native Vermont, unseen and as advertised on FB Marketplace. The land has a pond; I never thought I would own a pond. My son and I built a small cabin and I permitted it as a primitive camp with the township. It's all off-grid, water sources from a stream that cuts in a perfect diagonal run across the property. Follow my vids to see how I get on.
