Decades create rock music with pop sensibilities - aggressive and delicate. Led by a strong female voice (Emma Cameron) who dynamically can reach both the gritty angst and delicate restraint of the vocal spectrum; Decades also features experienced musicians Liam Muir (guitar), Dan Perry (drums) and Curtis Booth (bass).
The four-piece is dedicated and driven and have a live stage presence that transforms them from shy introverts into aggressive, yelling mad men.
Decades, and in particular Emma, recently came to the attention of NZ rock music producer heavyweight, and respected drummer of iconic Kiwi rock band Shihad – Tom Larkin. Emma, while in Australia following Scottish rock outfit Biffy Clyro around on tour, met with Tom and locked him in to produce Decades’ debut album.
After weeks of blood, sweat and tears in the studio, Decades are now ready to unleash their sound in 2016 to an awaiting audience. Keep your eyes and ears peeled.
