We are based in Canada, and provide online and in-person sessions.
Types of sessions we offer:
1) Free 15 minute Consultation
Fit matters. Chat with a therapists and see if you connect. Choose yourself, use our matching tool, or give us a call.
2) Individual Therapy
One on one - all about you.
3) Couples Therapy
Two on one - all about you...and your sweetheart.
4) Family Sessions
Up to 4 members
