Hi all! I just wanted to introduce myself.
I am a professional yoga therapist & Certified fitness trainer, PG Diploma holder and M.A in Yoga & Science of Living.
I left corporate world after working for 1.5 decades to look after my kids, now it feels, it was the best decision of my life as I could manage to raise kids myself by being there with them in their fundamental years. Alongside I did several certifications, trainings & worksop to switch my career from a Quality Manager in an IT Co. to Health & Fitness coach.
I have been training, guiding,counseling people in various forms to make them aware hoe health is most important aspects of Human's life especially Women who themselves don't include their health & wellbeing in their to do list.
Ladies: I request everyone here to take care of yourself & stay active in any which way you like I.e. yoga, dance, gym etc. It will help managing numerous hormonal phases in your life.
