The new black noir does not beat the old noir just cause he can fly because it means absolutely nothing just shows he has more abilities also all he did was fly a bit off the ground and getting staggered by bullets while old noir tanked a explosion shown in the earlier seasons plus it doesn't show how fast s4 noir is while old noir is faster then a car.
