Our Buñuelos, also known as Churro Cookies, and Birria De Res are wine country favorites!
We are a small, family owned business who caters Birria de Res, Churro, and Churro variations for wine country events. We also provide our famous Churro Cookies to 39 California markets, including V. Sattui Winery, Nugget Markets, Mollie Stone’s Markets, and Gus’s Community Markets.
Our recipes originate from Jalisco, Mexico and were developed by Maria “Trini” Maldonado.
