I am so happy to announce that I made it as a finalist for the Searching for a Star contest with the Doug Flutie jr Foundation at @dougiesteam The finals will live-streamed this coming Tuesday at 7p EST at this link below. My second book, Girl's School is a YA graphic novel!
Amelia longs to escape the Westwood Behavioral School for Girls. When a blizzard causes the staff members to abandon their responsibilities, the resulting chaos means Amelia must choose between escape, or saving her friends.

I have a surprise. I have been working hard behind the scenes on a second book. It is a fictional story titled Girl’s School and it’s going to be a graphic novel. Now that the story is finished, my artists have begun work! What’s it about?
Amelia Conrad longs to escape the Westwood Behavioral School for Girls. When the blizzard of the century causes the staff members to abandon their duties, the ensuing chaos means Amelia must choose between saving herself…or her friends.
I am so excited to share this story! The characters and many of the events are inspired by my actual experiences in these residential schools when I was a teenager.

Growing up, I was underestimated a lot because of my disability. I was frustrated, and for a while, I didn't believe in myself. But then I started YouTube, and my skills and confidence grew. I aim to show that people with autism and other disabilities are capable of cool and unique things, and can live a full life, fulfilling our hopes and dreams.
