Welcome to Boots to Roots Farm! We are Travis and Duskin, a husband and wife who are transitioning from active duty military to full time farming. Oh, and did I mention that neither of us having a farming background? What could go wrong?! We are building a herd of KuneKune pigs for meat and piglet sales as well as a menagerie of other farm animals that call our farm home. We are passionate about sustainable farming and the ideal of being "ethical omnivores", meaning we ensure that the animals we raise for any purpose are given the absolute best life we can provide. Come join us on our journey from full-time combat boots to full-time muck boots. We promise that we will learn together and have a ton of laughs along the way!
