I'm not doing this to teach or hear myself talk. This is more about making kickass clips over music a few minutes long to have fun and document the good time I'm having fishing. Either by myself or with my friends and family. Documenting the move into fly fishing, but not forgetting my roots.

Growing up spin fishing with my Dad and uncles, it's amazing how much of that is the same as flies. I see no need to stop running spinning gear, and I am unimpressed with people who criticize other fishermen for the style they fish. Everyone is on their own journey, and wherever they are in their fishing life is good with me. Treat the fish with some dignity, and the same goes for other fishermen. The competition is not about "my style vs. yours. " We are just fishing. Treble hooks or not. We're not out here robbing grandma for drug money... or worse. We're all on the same team. Spin, fly, worm, bobber, doesn't matter to me. Get over it.

By hook or by crook, we're getting some fish today.
