South Carolina Public Radio has eight radio transmitters across the state that broadcast one of two formats, News and News/Classical.
The News Format can be heard on five stations, and presents national programs such as Morning Edition, All Things Considered, Marketplace, Weekend Edition, and Fresh Air.
Regional programs include South Carolina Headlines, Walter Edgar’s Journal, and The South Carolina Business Review.
The News/Classical Format is heard on three stations and focuses on music programs, such as Performance Today, Echoes, Piano Jazz and World Café.
Regional music programs include Sonatas & Soundscapes and Carolina Live.
