My name is Michael Girardi and I make short corporate videos, shooting and editing them. One of these videos was for the fitness gym, Rock Solid. During my university studies, I worked on many short films as a production crew member and later as Director. I worked on the short film, 'Beyond a Boy' and short documentary, 'Max the Artist' as a Camera Operator and a Editor before I operated the RED Epic Camera for the production of the short film, ‘How Does Your Garden Grow’. I then wrote and directed a short, ‘Variance,’ a 3 minute experimental short focusing on the fractured relationship of two brothers. I wrote a script for a 15 minute short film, entitled ‘Barton’, based on the First Prime Minister of Australia during his final years as Leader. I aimed for the film to bring a part of history not explored in recent years to the forefront which would bring debate about the current political system in Australia.
