Hey everyone,
I wanted to share some important updates about the direction of the channel. After diving deep into the 1950s trailer format, I’ve come to realize that YouTube has become oversaturated with this type of content. In creating them, I’ve lost the joy and creative spark that drives my passion for making videos. It’s started to feel creatively constraining, and that’s not what I want for this channel or for you as my audience.
I’d like to give a big thank you to @abandonedfilms for pioneering the 1950s trailer genre that so many have come to love. Their work has been incredibly inspiring, but it’s time for me to shift focus and explore other projects that bring back that sense of excitement and creativity.
That being said, I’ll be placing the planned webinar and newsletter on hold to focus on crafting more intentional content. Your feedback is really important to me, so I’d love for you to sign up for the newsletter, where I’ll share updates on the projects I’m working on.
