Anthropophagus (Plural: Anthropohage) are humanoid monsters from Greek Mythology. Their name, when directly translated, means "Human Eater", "Anthropo-" meaning "Human" and "-phagus" meaning "Eater". They have no head, instead their mouth, filled with large, razor sharp teeth, resides between the pectorals and the connection of the groin to the abdomen. According to "The Monstrumologist" by Rick Yancey, They are native to to Western Africa and the Caroli Islands. The female Anthropophage lack a womb, instead the blood is used for a brain, which is larger than the male's but the males DO NOT lack on. The female plants the egg inside the mouth of the male and then the male Anthropophagus has 2 weeks to find a host for the egg. Otherwise, the egg will hatch and the offspring will either get eaten by the father or the father chokes on the newly born Anthropophagus. They are hunters, only scavenging when necessary, or to find a host for the offspring. (Click for full view)

The yokai, Hasshaku-Sama, also known as the "8-Foot-Tall Woman", is an urban legend from the anonymous Japanese posting website "2channel". As her name implies, she appears to be a woman who stands at 8 feet tall and is traditionally depicted but not limited to wearing a white summer dress and a white wide brim hat. She appears once every 10 years, targeting one person, usually a child. Hasshaku-Sama's goal is to trick her target into following her, using the voices of friends and loved ones to trick her traget before killing them in a few days. She also emits a "popopopo" sound. The only way to survive is to escape the village she is bound to. Rumors say that salt piles and amulets can delay her, but they cannot keep her at bay forever.
