Meet A chef dil b pariyar ,Chef de Cuisine at our award-winning restaurant, but Brasa and taya ,Chef dil B pariyar joined the property in 2015 from a fine dining restaurant in Saudi Arabia ,Hungry for learning and fueled with passion, he has become a great leader of his culinary team since he joined. When asked about what he likes most about his duties and responsibilities, dil said, βMy demanding duties and responsibilities require managerial, communication and leadership skills. A huge part of it is my people skills. I canβt just be holed-up in the kitchen cooking. I love meeting guests and learning about their culture, what food they like and donβt like and β¦
