What are subliminals?
Subliminals refer to audio recordings that are designed to affect your subconscious mind. These recordings typically feature affirmations, which are positive statements that are repeated to create a positive change in the mindset and change alter behaviors or habits.

The idea behind subliminals is that by listening to these recordings, you can bypass your conscious mind and reach the subconscious mind, where you can reprogram your beliefs and behaviors.

How I make my videos:
I write possitive affirmations and voice them over, then i speed up the recording and add music on top for it to be more enjoyable to listen. then i add pictures to visualize your goal

All subliminals, affirmations and edits are created by me
