👉5.30am to 6.30am *online* (General fitness, Therapeutical yoga , weight Reduction & meditation)

👉🏻 9am to 10am *(online* )(General Fitness, Therapeutical yoga, weight Reduction & meditation) - (Adults & kids 10yrs and above can join)

👉10am to11am - *online* (General Fitness, Therapeutical & Weight Reduction & meditation)

👉5.15pm to 6.15pm - *online* (General Fitness and Weight Reduction & Meditation) - Adults & kids 10+yrs can join
