DaQuan is a pan-African humanitarian, public school educator, global human rights advocate and scholar-activist. He is currently a doctoral candidate in the African Studies program at Howard University.
Due to his background in foster homes in NYC, he has dedicated his life to serving and advocating for marginalized individuals. DaQuan advocates for social ideology, practices, and public policies that reject accepted notions of social inequality, and develops human rights campaigns that promote cultural, social, economic and political parity.
He uses public policy research and human rights advocacy to equip young people, marginalized communities, nonprofit practitioners, as well as public and private sector representatives with the tools to change social and economic conditions.
