I am an 800m runner who started my training journey 2 years ago. During this time, I have learned a lot which has helped me and I would like to be able to help others as well. I ran 1:52 for the 800m this year and 3:51 for the 1500m.
Since starting my training journey, I have gone from a 37 minute 10k to a 31:32 minute 10k and from a 17 minute 5k to 15:11.
I have 3 main goals over the next few months which I would love for you to follow:
1. To run a sub 15 minute 5k
2. To run a sub 3:50 1500m
3. To run a sub 1:50 800m
While documenting my training, I am going to explain what specific types of training that I think other people can do to improve their own times. I think that there isn't enough clear information out there for people who want to get better at running and I am hoping that I can help people understand what they need to do to progress.
I would genuinely love to help people out there who are interested in running, and would greatly appreciate any support.
