Well, here it goes..
I was an Information Systems Technician for the U.S. Navy for 8 years. My jobs are mostly classified, but were rather fun. It can be interesting sharing a 40kbps InMarSat connection with the entire ship and watching it not blow up.
I recently came out as a Furry, and have been having a ton of fun. It's amazing being a Furry and actually being.. well.. myself in public. I've always been a little nervous, but I dove into the fandom earlier this year and have zero regrets. Truthfully, I've probably been a Furry since the late 80's.. I just was a little oblivious, being an Aspie and all.
As for computers and networks, I'm a little.. knowledgeable.. in the field. Our home network is severe overkill, but is rather solid. We've been utilizing an OPNsense Router/Firewall along with several used Dell, HP, and Supermicro servers and a handful of older SunFire V100's just to goof around on. We also use Cisco switches and APs at home. Like I said, overkill.
