Absolutely huge. I was pretty surprised that:
1. It actually went through and was successful, and
2. How fast it happened. I literally submitted the appeal the night before, and woke up to this.
Again, while making money was never the point for me, the additional bit of revenue will help for sure, but more importantly, hopefully this is a great sign for other clippers that are facing the demonetization AI.

Well, shit. Thanks to everyone, I recently met the requirements for monetization, so I thought I might as well apply and see what happens. I know that lots of clippers have been running into problems trying to monetize their channels, but I was hopeful that I would be approved, at least at first. However, the smackdown came quickly, and it looks like that won't be possible, at least for now.
I'll try making the appeal video and see where that goes, because as I'm sure you all are aware, it takes a lot of effort to make each video. While making money off this was never the goal - I mostly wanted to spread some funny Ririka moments that most of the English-speaking community hasn't seen (and hopefully create some new Ririka fans while I'm at it!), I won't lie and say that I wasn't looking forward to having a bit of additional supplementary income to help get me through school. Regardless of what happens there though, I doubt much will change here - I'll keep clipping parts of Ririka streams that I like when I can.
Got a longer video in the works - During Ririka's recent trip to Europe, she discovered some ... interesting local delicacies, let's say, and it's quite the spectacle. Hopefully I'll have it finished within the next day or two.
I feel like I'm screaming into the void a bit, but if anyone reads this, thanks for coming along on this journey with me. I'm glad you're here.
