Thank you to all who prayed for us with Hurricane Hellene. It was a Tropical storm for us: high winds and heavy rain. Power went out at midnight but our solar system is rocking; fully charged batteries kept our frig/freezers and chest freezer safe. We should have power back within the hour. We are Ok and thankful we did not take a direct hit from this Cat 4 monster. This was much worse than Tropical Storm big backed Debby.

I love to cook, can foods, dehydrate and I am an avid food storage enthusiast.
