The “THPS” series of games affected me at a crucial point in my teens. While bands I liked were finally getting mainstream recognition on @MTV and @kroq, skating was gaining legitimacy thanks largely to @TonyHawk. 27 years later, and I *still* can’t kick-flip. Video coming soon.
