Ivan is a young man with Dandy Walker Syndrome & Cerebral Palsy. He uses an eye gaze device to speak. Ivan goes to Monroe Carell JR Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt & loves visiting Seacrest Studios opened by the Ryan Seacrest Foundation where we learned he loves to interview celebrities. Seacrest Studios is his favorite place &when he is in the hospital often, it brings him joy to be there or to view the content of their broadcast in his room. Ivan likes to go to Comic cons & music events & interview people & he now has his own show at the hospital showing those. Ivan likes showing people he has a voice & such personality. He loves jokes & making people laugh.
He tires easily as he is recovering from surgeries but doing these interviews brings him joy in spite of it. He loves knowing he does & lights up when he is able to see what he's done & show others.
