I'm Starla. My husband, Kendall, and I are starting a weight loss journey together. Over our 20+ year marriage, we have eaten some amazing foods, and it caught up with us. We are working towards a healthier lifestyle, but we will still have some cheat days. I want to share some of our favorite things to cook. Some healthy, and some not so healthy.
