About
Learning yoga and practicing it is different from teaching yoga. you can be a very knowledgeable practitioner but you may not be an effective teacher. learning how to cue and teach the right alignments to your students need some practice and patience. learn those cues and methods to impart that knowledge to your students and make them comfortable while practicing yoga. It can be very frightening for a new yoga teacher who just finished her/his yoga teacher training to go and teach her first class. Most of the YTT courses teach you how to do the asanas but not how to teach.
