First drawing after a break from doing art. 😅 Unfortunately I didn't film the process but I hope to catch up and update all you guys after I have more time. I've been working on the final revisions of my thesis before I pass it to the Ethics Review for my publication. 🥰

I am absolutely adoring the textures you can get out of Oil Pastels 😇

I took a break from my Thesis revisions to do some art. I did not have the mental capacity to work with slow and tight Mediums like coloured pencils or Graphite or watercolors. I think oil pastels were a good place to go.
Hoping to finish my research project soon so I can get back into art.

Hey, friends! So... for the past few days I gave myself the challenge to understand this media that I once didn't feel really comfortable and confident in. Pastels are starting to grow on me after the past few days of learning how to use the medium. It was fun and I got to discover amazing artists who use this. Sharing the video at around 9:00 AM Philippine standard time :)

Did quick mixed media sketch of a friend of mine for his birthday :) Used some colored pencils, markers and pastels for this one. I must say, I've been enjoying dabbling into several media lately.
Having said that, my next video will be about my attempts in learning to use pastels! Will be posting the video by Friday.
