Die Gewaltfreie Kommunikation (GFK) ist ein von Dr. Marshall B. Rosenberg (1934 - 2015) entwickelter Kommunikations- und Konfliktlösungsprozess. Als SchĂŒler des US-amerikanischen Psychologen und Psychotherapeuten Carl Rogers wurde Rosenberg durch dessen Ansatz der klientenzentrierten GesprĂ€chspsychotherapie inspiriert und erforschte, inwieweit unsere Sprache zu Gewalt in unserer Welt beitrĂ€gt.
Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is a communication and conflict resolution process developed by Dr Marshall B. Rosenberg (1934 - 2015). As a student of the American psychologist and psychotherapist Carl Rogers, Rosenberg was inspired by his approach to client-centred conversational psychotherapy and researched the extent to which our language contributes to violence in our world.
