The old setup guide was rendered obsolete because of a big From Software oopsie so this new one had to be made.
The good part is that at least setting up PCVD is now easier than ever thanks to (a bit of crime) this much more "complete" package.
The bad part is that the same thing that rendered the old PCVD pack obsolete also rendered PS3 PvP impossible at the moment, so my condolences to all my fellow console VD players that now can't play online at all.
