hi guys this is just another reminder that you are free to use my audios in whatever capacity you'd like, but please please please give me credit. there's currently an audio on tiktok that's a sped up version of my blood sweat and tears x streets mashup with over 32k videos, and the creator never gave me credit for it. and to make matters even worse, when i asked them to credit me, they said "yeah sorry" and turned off the comments. i don't think this creator is a bad person or anything, but it is really disheartening to work hard on something and then not get any semblance of credit when people get viral audios from my work. i know tiktok in particular is really bad about this and legally there's nothing i can do, but i do ask that you at least mention my channel or my video when you use my mashups in your edits. thanks guys!

edit: PLEASE stop harassing the creator who made the tiktok video. while i do appreciate that some of you direct others to my original page/mashup, it doesn't necessitate personal attacks or rudeness. they also gave a very heartfelt apology and it's all good now! it's all love <3

recently, i’ve found this channel that has claimed a bunch of my mashups as their own. i tried to ask them to take them down (the comment i left in the first photo was from tuesday the 25th) and they just turned off the comments. i feel like i’m pretty lenient with how people use my audios as long as they give credit, but stuff like this (not only taking my content, but also refusing to take it down after i ask you to) is seriously disheartening.

regardless of how many views they’re getting on their videos, the fact that they are just blatantly stealing my mashups and claiming them as their own (while also copying the credit parts of my captions, funnily enough) is just really, really frustrating. i don’t mean to start drama (i’m a f*cking bts mashup creator for god’s sake) but as of right now, they haven’t taken down a single video that has my mashups, and they’re STILL stealing my content and claiming it as their own. (yesterday they used my trivia: just dance x don’t start now mashup.)

i want to use this as an opportunity to reiterate that I DO NOT ALLOW FOR REUPLOADS. and if you’re using my audios in transformative works (edits, dance covers, etc.) PLEASE give explicit credit. on a lighter note, i really, sincerely appreciate those of you who let me know when my work is being used without credit, and for those of you who comment to let others know that i’m the original creator of things (like on tiktok or twitter for example). anyways, i don’t want this to be a continuous issue, so i’ll try to just leave it at this, but in the future, please don’t use my audios without giving me credit, and please don’t reupload my content either!
