The ALAN Trilogy is by creators / songwriters Susan Lim & Christina Teenz Tan. The concept is a partnership of human+AI-enabled Inanimate on EARTH to solve issues of loneliness (ALAN I, Fantasy of Companionship), in SPACE to seek resources to tackle pollution on earth (ALAN II Cosmic Rhapsody), and into the OCEANS researching debris in the deep(ALAN III Symphony of the Oceans). Each ALAN project comprises songs, orchestral music & animation films.
The core ALAN team comprises composers Manu Martin, Joi Barua, Ron J Danziger, Matthieu Eymard & musicians Jerome Buigues, Frederic Riviere, Jean-Luc Veran.
This channel showcases the recordings, all at Abbey Rd Studios, behind the scenes footage, concerts & premieres around the world and film festival participation globally including awards and reviews.
Lim Cosmic Rhapsody for Piano & Orchestra(ALAN II) releases on Decca Classics, May 2025, premiering at Barbican 5 May 2025. Symphony of the Oceans (ALAN III) is a work in progress.
