LUIGI MANGIONE... this looks like a solid match. So I was wrong. The eyebrows weren't fake, and so he wasn't concealing his appearance as much as I suspected. This is a very intelligent Ivy Leage graduate, sort ot a Ted Kaczynski type.... a very talented and intelligent anti-capitalist activist, but also capable of committing terrorrism in support of his ideals. I do still think he was workign in coordination with others, so to me this is still a conspiracy case.

While I am hopeful the United HealthCare CEO shooter will be caught soon, I am concerned we may be underestimating his level of spycraft skill / experience, so I wouldn't rule out that he may not actually look like the photos we've seen (eyebrows / lashes / nose / chin etc). Time permitting, I'd like to do a few videos on this important incident, since I don't think we can rule out a sophisticated conspiracy.

Sorry I've had a couple of really busy months w work, but I've been following the Sarah Boone trial, and I wanted to post a quick trial update & explain why I agree with her rejection of last week's manslaughter plea offer & generally think her defense team is doing a pretty good job (all things considered).

The press is not giving clear information about what's really been going on in Aurora CO w the Venezuelan migrants, and it looks like the crisis is woefully underreported throughout the country. In this video, I try to take a more careful and honest look at what happened in Aurora & the problem of criminality among Venezuelan migrants in the U.S.

At Sarah Boone's first hearing w new counsel yesterday, the defense made clear they intend to advance a "battered spouse" theory. Is Sarah Boone really a "battered spouse [partner]"? Or is this just a strategy to put the State back on its heels? Or is the truth somewhere in the middle... In my last two videos, I offer an idea on what I think the Defense is shooting for, and what we can expect in the next couple of months in this case.

Analyzing the logistical and administrative aspects of what caused Secret Service counter-snipers to hesitate when Thomas M. Crooks was spotted on a nearby rooftop - resulting in a shooting that killed 1 Trump supporter, seriously injured 2 others .. and nearly killed former president & presidential candidate Donald Trump. This was a very serious (and deadly) lapse in the tightness of one of the most elite security organizations in the world, and it's important to analyze what broke down at logistical and administrative levels.

Alec Baldwin's manslaughter case was dismissed on a Brady violation. Why I think the court got it right, and why I believe it was wrong for the prosecution and law enforcement to be so friendly (and allied with) Seth Kenney. If anyone bears real guilt for the death of Halyna Hutchins, I think Seth Kenney and and Joe Swanson have a lot more to answer to - than Hannah Gutierrez or Alex Baldwin.

Strong prediction. If I'm wrong I'm wrong, but I strongly predict that Alec Baldwin will NOT be convicted. I think the state is out-lawyered, and I think his lawyers' theory of the case and strategy is very strong. Not to say Alec isn't guilty on some moral level, and I think we can all agree he was very lax and irresponsible on the set. But as to whether he's committed a crime, I think his defense team will convince the jury to acquit, or that at least he'll end up w a hung jury. Obviously, we'll see what happens, but for now my strong prediction is that Alec will not be convicted.

Taking a hard look at the MICA & J.P. MILLER: I think there are a lot of psychological and cultural / religious aspects to this case & that it deserves a real deep dive. In Part 1, I offer a general introduction & then a close look at how J.P. Miller's religious culture bears on his relationship w Mica and her eventual demise.

Is Biden's inner circle's control of the executive branch (through a systematic concealment of Biden's neurological impairment) - so that the administration is really under the control or a group of unelected "advisers" - any less of a hijacking than the unfortunate (but largely theatrical) Jan. 6, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol? Concealing a president's neurological impairment, to me, is serious fraud... and I don't see why it's not treated as a high crime, since the public has been deprived of the normal primary process for selecting a viable candidate. To me, this is more than a crisis of Biden's mental competency, but rather a systematic concealment of what the administration has to have known was a serious neurological condition.
