Hi everyone my name is Jess. Last year I decided enough was enough I was tired of the way my body looked. So what did I do? I took action. I got sober and started moving my body. I put down the booze and picked up the dumbbells. Since then I’ve lost over 70lbs and still going. I’m here to inspire people and give them fitness, weight loss, fat loss, how to build muscle tips and tricks of what I learned along the way. What kind of cardio to do, yes that includes home workouts and hiit. what lifts to do for shoulders, chest triceps, legs you name it. I’m also a beachbody coach but I love all types of fitness. I’ve done it all before CrossFit, powerlifting bodybuilding and now beachbody. You ask what my main goal is? Well it’s simple really. Motivating people to become their best selves.
