この前口を開けて寝てたらしく喉終わってました。咳とたんやばくて寝れなくてさいあく～！ってなりました。
でも仕事休むわけにいかなくて・・・喉ヌール濡れマスクと白湯入りの水筒で乗り切りました！！！
まだ完全回復はしてないけどこれからも気を付けます！！！
