+ BANQUET: Food service for 90,000+ square feet of private meeting space, from 15 to 20,000 meals in a week across 75 events and 6 disciplines of food preparation and execution.
+ PM RESTAURANT: A fast paced continental menu.
+ STAFF LUNCH: We feed up to 100 employees each day on three different shifts that keep hotel running.
+ MILITARY CONTRACTS: We execute large military projects on and off premise.
