This is my video log for my powerlifting training and the training of my lifting partners. I've been keeping track of my training via video since last year and now I film the major PL movements of virtually every workout.
Recording sessions with this kind of consistency has benefitted my lifting in many ways. It gives me the ability, for example, to compare bar speed on dynamic work from week to week, set to set, rep to rep. I recently encountered a technical issue on heavy benching, and was able to draw on information from video going back almost a year which helped me find out what the source of the problem was.
