Hello, I'm Janet Huehls. My vision is to redefine exericse from a 'should' to a resource for whole person self-care for all. For the past thirty-plus years of working in health care as a clinical exercise physiologist, health coach, and mindfulness teacher I've increasingly noticed how the misinformation in the media about exercise is creating these struggles. Not only because of misguided advice but because it deteriorates trust in your body. Your body is where your health and habits happen.
