Hey everyone, it's time to preserve another prototype build.
This is a review build of Crash Twinsanity dated two days before the NTSC-U 1.00 PS2 version. It features many small differences and more bugs (who would've known!). You can download from the link below and check out the full documentation on TCRF.
Thanks to Keon McKeon for dumping it and allowing this build to be released.

In addition to the newly preserved The Wrath of Cortex build with the scrapped minigame, we now also have an early slideshow for internal use that describes some of the early ideas that the devs were working on at the time, such as the "proximity" crate, as well as early level sketches, enemies and never-before-seen screenshots. Check it out here:

Hey everyone, quick update on the OnlineCTR mod.
You no longer need to join the Discord server to access the files! The latest builds can now be downloaded from the OnlineCTR website.
Check it out: www.online-ctr.com/downloads/
A lot of fixes and improvements have been made to this mod since its official launch. Stay tuned for more updates in the upcoming weeks and months, we're just getting started. And for those worried about the lack of weapons, keep in mind that this is being worked on and will be added at some point in the future - the current focus is on fixing most of the bugs before implementing new features.

Hi people. I'm here to clarify the recent events surrounding the Crash Landed files. In case you hadn't noticed, two weeks ago me and Motwera released some stuff from WayForward's cancelled Crash Landed tech demo - including a document and the source code. Yes, the source code ended up being included, even though we originally said we were going to take it out. This was due to some drama in the Hidden Palace community after some people had uploaded the source codes of the other released stuff to the site, causing WayForward to reach out the HP admins and ask them to remove anything related to the "leaks". In addition, some staff members accused the releases of being stolen data, even though the seller claimed otherwise. What actually happened is beside the point, but we initially thought it would be better to avoid too much exposure from the fundraiser, and leave the source code out and just release the rest with the current goal we had at the time. Fortunately, we were later able to secure the source code, and after much deliberation, we decided to release it out of respect for those who had donated and expected the promised content. The good news is that the Internet Archive uploads are still available, so I assume there is no risk of being taken down at this point, although there is no way of knowing whether any action will be taken at some point. I hope that clears things up.

Hello everyone. Just to make things clear to avoid any confusion:
Yes, we will still be releasing the builds and docs as promised, just not the source code due to some recent events in the community - this is the reason why the fundraiser ended before reaching $1500. We are just sorting out a few things before we can get the files. Once we have them, we will release them as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, this has taken us and everyone else by surprise. We apologize for the inconvenience, but rest assured that the Crash Landed demo will finally be playable after all these years.
I'll try to explain what roughly happened after the release, but for now I'd just like to avoid giving too much away as a precaution, as we're still working on it.

Hello everyone. Quick update. The fundraiser is now over and the goal was reached, but I decided to remove the video to avoid too much exposure. Let's just say that bad things have been happening lately regarding the other released files. I'll let you all know when we are ready. Thank you for your patience and support.

Hello everyone.
For anyone interested in assets discs and pre-release stuff, I managed to preserve a pair of previously undumped discs from ECTS 1998 (many thanks to Feisar2097 for allowing me to release them):
- Power Source (ECTS 98 Press CD 1)
- Power Source (ECTS 98 Press CD 2)
Both discs contain press stuff, such as renders, screenshots, documents, etc. - including Crash 3 and Spyro 1 stuff.
