My goal as an Ayurvedic Practitioner is to empower individuals to take health into their own hands. Ayurveda is an ancient medical system based on the five elements (space, air, fire, water and earth) and considers the person as a whole rather than only the presenting symptom. We look to these five elements and how they manifest in the body. When out of balance, we see their signs of excess or deficiency.
