My (very technical) recent talk at ICFUST 2024, explaining the tradeoff between disinfection and pollution for Germicidal UV. TLDW: longer wavelengths make a lot less air pollution, but they are trickier to install. Shorter wavelengths are easier to install, but make a lot more pollution. For shorter wavelengths, pollution scrubbers will likely be needed.
