Good Morning WatchSkyViewz00ers, I Hope You Are Enjoying Skygazing With Me! FUN FACT: There Are Ten Recognized Genera Of Clouds: Cirrus, Cirrocumulus, Cirrostratus, Altocumulus, Altostratus, Nimbostratus, Stratocumulus, Stratus, Cumulus & Cumulonimbus
Check Out These Images I Captured Of Cirrocumulus Clouds. They Are Small Puffy Clouds Arranged In Rows Or Patches. They Are Common In The Winter And Indicate Cold But Fair Weather. They Are Sometimes Called Mackerel Skies Because These Clouds Often Appear Like Ripples Or Fish Scales. These Clouds Are Composed Of Ice Crystals And Appears White In Color.
