We are Ambassadors in Christ Jesus. Salvation is not found in a religion; rather, it is found in the Body of Christ. Being baptized into the Body of Christ has nothing to do with water. When you keep in memory (trust, have faith in) that 1) Jesus died for your sins according to the scriptures, 2) was buried, and 3) rose the third day according to the scriptures, you are baptized into the Body of Christ. At that point, you are assured of eternal life (a relationship you want to have forever with God). 2 Corinthians 5:17:21 tells Jesus' disciples today that they have one message: to tell the world that God is reconciled to man via the blood shed by Jesus Christ. Many can now accept that gift, or he can reject it. Remember what Romans 6:23 says, you can bring about death (the wages of sin), but eternal life is a gift!
