I will be having another video soon painting up my dolls face. The method I will be showing I use on all commission dolls. Never shared with anyone so all of you That watch will be the first. I'm experimenting again with a doll wig cap. If this doesn't give me what I'm looking for then I will be onto my next idea. Hope this one works so I can make a video and share it with all of you. One idea leads into so many more and because one may not work the next will only be better then the first.

Hoping to change up my way of making a wig cap. I still will felt the hairs in but I want a different way for a cap. Will see... If not I will try something else. Experimenting is so important and for this reason. Each experience takes you to a different way to view things and only leads to expansion of thought. Its never ending!

been busy with commissions and I have been experimenting and trying to get a different look and texture. I recorded the experimented hoping to encourage to follow all your ideas no matter what. Hope to have video up soon.

I just wanted to say thank you to all who voted. I now have an idea of what you would like and I will try my best to produce just that. For all of you that are following me with my new recent doll I'm putting together a video showing what I use and how I paint my dolls faces. after that I'm planning on doing her hair. I have a couple of techniques that I have been working on and hopefully I will be able to show one of them to you. so if you are subscribed make sure you hit that little bell so that you will be notified when I upload a video. hope to see you real soon and again thank you all.

Good Morning all.. Update on what I'm preparing. I had mentioned I'm working on a video and yes it has taken me some time. The way I create my art it's not a weeks project unless I'm just making a basic doll. Here's what I'm offering to share with all here. In the video which I'm not finished so please don't look for the video yet its coming. I'm showing you what my method of steps I do when I'm sculpting a commission piece. To be very very honest with all of you here these steps I have not shared with anyone not even in class. I have been doing this method for quite sometime and it has totally expanded. I have mentioned I want for myself to take polymer clay and create a different look and ways then what we have been doing. I also don't believe or even saying here Im the only one with the method Im using. It's all in the mass conscientious and its free and available to all. I will keep you updated and hope that when the video is out it will inspire and you will want to take your art to another level. Hugs

Hi, everyone my name is Barbara and I have been sculpting fairy's, children well over 30 years. I first started out making porcelain from my own sculptures. It was a lot of work but very rewarding but when polymer clay came around I needed a change. Cernit was the first polymer clay I started out with and loved it. Now that there are so many different brands I honestly think I have tried them all and my very two favorite are Cernit, Kato. There is no other clay I would add to my list at this time. Bozzi is one I will mention in my tutorials but its very much like Cernit and price to high. My work has gone all over the world and still is. I'm not here to teach but to share and even though I orchestrate class's I still see it as sharing. .
