Mango Fruit Curry With Rice along with chicken curry and Mango pickle ,all of these are all homemade.

RECIPE :
โ๐ผโ๐๐โ๐ผ๐ป ๐โ๐พโ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ผโ๐๐
โ2 ripe mangoes diced
โgreen chillies chopped
โturmeric powder(manjal podi) 1/3 tsp
โchilly powder 1/3tsp
โsalt to taste
โwater 1.5 cups
โgrinded coconut
โ2 Shallots (kunjulli)
โ1clove of garlic
โcummin seeds (jeerakam)1/4tsp
โmustard seeds(kadukku) 1/2 tsp
โfenugreek seeds(uluva )1/2 tsp
โdry red chillies 2
โcurry leaves
โcoconut oil 2tbsp
โโ๐ผโ๐ธโ๐ธ๐๐๐โ :
1. Wash and peel the mangoes then cut them into cubes. Put together water, green chilies, mangoes, chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt in a saucepan and boil. Allow them to get soft but donโt overcook them.
2. Meanwhile, grind the grated coconut, shallots, garlic, and cumin seeds into a smooth paste with a little water. Add this paste to the cooked mangoes.
3. Lower the heat down to low-medium so that gravy thickens approximately at 4-5 minutes.
4. Add the powdered jaggery and adjust the salt if necessary, then turn off the heat. In another pan, heat coconut oil and splutter mustard seeds, followed by fenugreek seeds. Add sliced shallots and dry red chilies.
5. Finally, add the curry leaves and sautรฉ until the shallots turn pinkish brown. Pour this mixture, along with the oil, over the curry. Cover and let it sit for 5-7 minutes. Serve warm with cooked rice.
