It’s all about the numbers… 1 1985 Suburban homeless shelter, 738 miles, 100 gallons of gas, 20 hours round trip, 1 clapped out S10, 1 smoked 4L60E, 3 300 Buick engines, 2 Super Turbine 300, 2 collapsed 9 pack leaf springs, 1 pack of smokes, 2 20 Oz Diet Dr. Peppers, 1 really huge smashed pile of dog sh!t, 2 new trailer tires and 1 really long day! What could go wrong?

It’s been a while since I posted something… well today I felt good enough to post something about what I’m doing. It’s weird where we find our strength to do things. I found mine today after days of straightening and sanding, I finally laid out a couple coats of color and it’s all coming together. A true 1960’s Drag Race paint job can’t be bought and you get exactly what you wanted. It has to be earned through sweat equity… that’s what the gum bumpers don’t understand. It’s a true labor of love! What started as polishing a turd into a 1967 throwback that never was has turned into a dream and commitment! Videos coming soon!

If you remember my own personal Stage 1 455 carburetor from my first videos about 2 years ago… then you remember how horribly crusted, rusted and corroded this carb was after 20+ years of weather exposure in the junkyard. I’m gonna try and resurrect it with help from a parts carb off of eBay! The Break a Leg Stage Won carburetor is about to be reborn! Plus a special interview with the Stage 1 stunt double from the first episode where we dissected this carburetor!
