The location, well it is 7 mins walk to the beach, plus the size of the block screamed POTENTIAL!! James is an award winning Interior Designer and Colour Consultant with decades of experience in varied roles within the Building and Design industry.
In 2012 James joined the cast of Network Ten's exciting lifestyle TV show THE LIVING ROOM as the expert Interior Designer where for 7 seasons he provided interior design advice, tips and solutions in a fun and upbeat way. He then moved to Sky News co-hosting the 6 hours LIVE Real Estate show for two years. James is a presenter on the lifestyle TV show OPEN HOMES AUSTRALIA and the host of the newly launched TV show RENOVATE OR REBUILD on Channel 9.
James also shares his expertise writing for lifestyle magazines and via Interior Design workshops, and is a Brand Ambassador for Environmental Organisation PLANET ARK since 2015. In 2021 James was awarded the NSW Fellowship from the DESIGN INSTITUTE OF AUSTRALIA for his contribution to the Design Industry and the continuous support and education of new Interior Designers.
