KAT SHORT STORY (2.2)
"WINTER AFTER DECEMBER: PART 2" (Read part one ofnyiu haven't already!!)
E: "After he gave it to me, he asked if it was heavy, to which I reluctantly nodded. Then he took it and wrapped it in some plastic bags and told me to come with him because he wanted me to be a "manhunter" and after he said that he pressed his thumb on the middle of my forehead which hurt excruciatingly, from that point I understood what was happening. Fear was replaced with intrigue."
A: "Hmm... may I ask if you could reenact this whole thumb on forehead thing?"
E: "It was simple, Dr. Andreason."
(*positions thumb to the center of the forehead*)
(*abrupt push*)
A: (*scoffs*)
"Noted. You may carry on Mr. Lindholm."
(*rubs forehead*)
E: "So then we went to the highway near Vetviken, it wasn't very busy so we just waited on the side. His plan was to use me as 'bait' for the victim. And I would ask directions to the driver, basically acting like I was lost. Then with the concealed bolt gun, I'd fire it on him. "Pilihei" as Isak started calling himself would then handle the rest. He got angry when I mentioned Isak.:
A: (*wipes face*)
"So you just agreed to that without any hesitation?"
E: "Exactly."
A: (*Notes while holding the bridge of his nose*)
(*sigh*)
"Carry on, Mr. Lindholm."
E: "So after about 15 to 20 minutes of waiting for the 'perfect victim', Pilihei had chosen a blue car with two people in it. They were a couple."
A: (*sigh*)
"The couple's names were Simo Bjurstrom and Irene Hansdotter. Did you know that?"
E: "I knew the girl's name, not the man's. Thank you Andreason for telling me that."
A: "You're welcome. Carry on." (*sarcastic*)
"Wait, wait, how did you know the girl's name?"
E: "Her hat."
A: "Excuse me what?"
E: "Her hat. A grey beanie with a pompom."
A: (*notes*)
...
"Does it happen to be the one you wore when you came in here?"
E: "Exactly. It was her hat. You will know how I got it soon."
A: (*Notes*)
...
E: "So I did what was planned by Pilihei. I used the bolt gun on the man's forehead, I ran back into the trees and Pilihei tackled Irene, because she tried to escape."
...
"I also saw car passing from the opposite lane while the two struggled on. But they didn't help at all. they just sped up."
"Soon enough, Pilihei knocked her unconscious and he tied her hands and legs with zip locks. Then he called after me in an angry tone, thinking I ran away, he became "normal" after seeing me again. He then instructed me to carry the dead man's body out of the car and onto the road. While I was doing that, he put the unconscious girl in the back seat, and then he took an ice pick out of his bag and stabbed the dead man twice to "make sure he was really dead." We then got into the car, he and I drove to a large shack in a desolate meadow along the highway. There, Pilihei cut the zip locks on her hands and used electric wires to tie her to a post in the shack."
...
"He then told me to watch her in case she woke up, and not to let her go under any circumstances, he also told me to run away if I heard the police. He went outside to puke and I heard him talking to himself saying "Again, this doll is afraid of blood. usch." Then he vomited some more, then he explained to me that the body he's in right now "apparently doesn't like the sight of human blood" so he's trying his best to suppress "the real Isak", he then told me he will going back quickly to Vetviken to collect blank cartridges for the bolt gun. For the "finale" then I could go home."
A: "Oh my..."
(*sigh*) (*rubs eyes then forehead*)
"So what did you do in that timescale? While he was gone?"
E: "After a few minutes she woke up. She pleaded with me to let her go, she was crying. She asked where the dead man was, she shouted and questioned what I was doing, and I just sat stoically and listened. She spent the rest of her time sobbing. Asking herself why she ended up in this situation. She also often looked at me, trying to communicate."
...
"Eventually and surprisingly, Pilihei came back, unharmed. He told me to go out of the shack to 'give the girl a little lesson before she goes' and I sat outside staring into the cold, cloudy sky. It was getting dark. After a few minutes he called me back in and showed me how to load a cartridge because last time he didn't show me. Then he immediately ended the poor girl with the bolt gun."
...
"He then told me "You are very special... my little one." And his constant grin widened. "As a reward and a reminder of our time together, you get to keep this girl's hat. Care for it if you like. Now I'm going to take you back home. Your mother must be worried."
...
"So he drove to a street near Haglund Familjeslakteri, which now had police tape, and then he said "sshhh", grinned, and told me, "To take another man's life is no crime, it only involves a change in the physical state, because the soul is immortal and lives on in something else, an animal or a human being. To take from another human being only involves a change in the state of possession in this life." He then closed the door, and drove away. When I got back home around 15:00, it was late and my mom was obviously worried, so was my sister, while my brother scolded me for coming home late as if he doesn't do the same. And my mom explained that there's a serial killer on the loose and how worried she was. My sister asked about the friend I made, I just lied to her that he was here for a while and that he went back to Falun."
...
"I suppose this concludes our recountal session. You have everything the Association wants to hear."
A: ...
"Yes, it certainly does. It was a pleasure to meeting you, Mr. Lindholm."
(*shake hands*)

KAT SHORT STORY (2.1):
"WINTER AFTER DECEMBER: PART 1" (Due to the full story being too large)
"ISSUED: 04-26-2003
SUBJECT: Recountal session concerning the events of 02-19-1996.
- CAMPANULA SITE DIRECTOR, DR. SPJÄLLE PALMQVIST."
---------------------------------------------------------------------
[BEGIN DOCUMENTATION]
A: "Good afternoon Mr. Lindholm, I am Dr. Henrik Andreason, and I am your assigned observer for this recountal session, just refer to me as "Dr. Andreason" if you need to. Let's get started shall we?"
(*Edgar does not respond verbally and just nods.*)
A: "So, tell me, what happened 7 years ago, Mr. Lindholm?"
E: "Well, the story you're looking for started at around early 13:00, when my mom told me to buy some pork for dinner, for my brother was busy wasting himself. Then when I noticed that "Haglund Familjeslakteri", the place I was supposed to buy from, was unusually closed when it was still their business hours, so I walked up to the front of the store and tried to see through the closed curtains to see if it was really closed or not."
A: (*writes notes*)
"Now, what did you see?"
E: "Him."
A: "Isak Haglund?"
E: "Exactly. Despite the dim lighting, I could see that he was busy cutting up one of his workmates behind the counter."
A: (*notes*) "Before you go on, who was Isak Haglund to you, Mr. Lindholm?"
E: "Isak was one of the sons of Ingmar Haglund the founder of Haglund Familjeslakteri, Isak was a nice man, and there is not much I could say about him before this time. Everyone in Vetviken only knew him as the son of a butcher."
A: (*notes)
"So what happened to Ingmar after the incident, Mr. Lindholm?"
E: "I can't really remember, but I remember a newspaper saying he died of a heart attack after hearing what his son was doing."
A: "Huh... Okay, carry on with your recount Mr. Lindholm."
E:
...
"Suddenly he turned over the counter to see me, then he suddenly stood up, and then I just ran in fear into the alley next to the building and looked at the street to see if he were to come out. I thought I was safe there until he suddenly covered my mouth with his hand and pulled me into the place. I was frightened."
A: "Where did he drag you in supposedly? Did anyone see you get dragged in, Mr. Lindholm?"
E: "A service door from the alley. I did not have it in mind then. Vetviken is a quiet town during the winter season, so there weren't many people out that day. Save for a few cars passing by."
A: "Carry on Mr. Lindholm..."
E: "On the spot he tied my arms and legs with rope, It smelled like flesh everywhere, and there were two other (dead) workmates next to the hanging animal bodies. Then he asked me, "what did you want to do here, child?"
A: "was what he said in a threatening tone, Mr. Lindholm?"
E: "Curiosity. I didn't answer him in fear, he then he observed me for a moment, then he untied my legs and said "you are special, child. What were you planning to buy?" He said with a big grin on his face."
"Just two kilos of chicken and three kilos of pork." I said whimpering. He then tells me to stay there, which I obliged, he went to another room and came back wearing a dark green jacket, a bag and had a calculator and told me the price was 33Kr."
...
"He untied my hands and said calmly, "Go ahead, pay now." so I hesitantly paid him and then he washed his hands and prepared the meat I was going to buy, then he wrapped it and told me to go out and not to tell anyone about this, and to come back there because he will come find me if I didn't come back and told me my address. So then I went back home, and told my mom I'll go back outside to play with a friend. When I got back into the place he asked me if I knew how to use a captive bolt gun, to which I replied "No, I didn't." And then described it to me. "So when an animal is to be no more, you use this, it has a six-inch rod and you just aim it at the head." When he said the last part, he jokingly pointed it at his own head and laughed inwardly. He loaded in a cartridge and gave it to me, it was heavy in my hands."
A: "Interesting. Now, tell me Mr. Lindholm, how exactly what you told your mom, and why you came back, knowing you could have told your mom about him?"
E: "I told her, "Hi Mom, sorry I came back late. I made a new friend while I was buying the meat earlier, I have to go out again to be with him, love you mom."
...
"I didn't want my sister and my mother to end up like his workmates, so I had to come back. He knew my address if you remembered."
A: "Thank you very much for explaining, Mr. Lindholm. Carry on."

and welcome to my channel! I am a silly (but tolerable) artist, somewhat of an animator, and a writer. this little channel serves as a playground for my creative output. where I upload various content, usually relating to my OCs and other stuff! I organize my OC video content in playlists so check those out if interested! and check out the community section too for additional content and stuff lol
I'm a guy btw who's ironically allergic to cat hair :(
( NOTE: my content is usually 13+ and might deal with heavy subjects from time to time... and my upload schedule is a complete mess because I upload immediately once I finish a video unless necessary, but what's consistent is that I upload atleast once or twice a month :Þ )
